What truly sets Revive Wellness Studio apart is our growing team of six skilled nurse practitioners, a dedicated physician serving as medical director, a PA, two RNs, an MA, and a team of certified group fitness instructors each committed to staying at the forefront of the industry by listening to our clients and expanding our services based on their needs and requests.

Dr. David Hartung, DO, is a family medicine specialist who provides care to patients of all ages at Schneck Primary Care. He earned his degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. A Schneck Medical Center provider since 2005, he and his wife, Monica, are thrilled to be a part of RevIVe Wellness Studio.
Beth is a certified family nurse practitioner with experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and urgent care. She has always had a passion for helping others. Beth is certified in IV vitamin infusions, microneedling, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP & PRF treatments, medical-grade chemical peels, laser treatments, and group fitness. As a co-owner of RevIVe Wellness Studio, she is excited to help others live their happiest, healthiest life.
Cassie has worked as a nurse practitioner in primary care and functional medicine. She is certified in IV vitamin infusions, PRP & PRF treatments, medical-grade chemical peels, laser treatments, and group fitness, and she also has experience with Botox. Cassie is very excited to help patients look and feel their best while building self-confidence.
Monica has been a PA since 2002 and is proud to be part of the team at RevIVe, a beautiful space dedicated to wellness and community. While she may not be involved in the day-to-day operations, she is passionate about supporting a place where people can find balance, connection, and care. In her spare time, Monica enjoys reading, traveling to the mountains, spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and hanging out with her dogs.
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the health care industry. She is a certified nurse practitioner with experience in emergency services, urgent care, occupational health, and family practice. She has a passion for helping others achieve their wellness and beauty goals. She is constantly expanding knowledge and experience through specialized aesthetic training and education.
She specializes in micro-needling, chemical peels, laser treatments, T-Shape, toxin, and fillers with a focus on reducing wrinkles and improving skin texture and discoloration through personalized treatment plans. She also assists clients with their wellness goals by providing vitamin injections, IV therapy, and weight loss. Lisa, along with the RevIVe Wellness Studio team, are dedicated to providing professional and individualized results for all of our clients.
Brittaney is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and helps run FitLab by RevIVe, along side her Momma (Beth). Brittaney is dedicated to creating a supportive and results-driven environment that empowers individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. With a strong passion for wellness and community, Brittaney strives to provide a welcoming and fun environment in her classes. Outside of the business, Brittaney is a proud wife to Tyler and mom to Remi and Ruby, who motivate her daily to lead by example and live with balance, strength, and purpose.
